28/11/2019 Sorry for the blurry picture, best one I have. Today I met with the client and the contractors who maintain our gates. Gave safety is extremely important, its not only a legal requirements but to ensure the safety of the residents its also good practice to have the gates inspected and maintained. When I had my gates tested in the photo above, we found that there were no safety strips. This is to stop residents or vehicles from being crushed. Client was skeptical at first, but once they saw the dangers, they agreed to the required works. We returned once the items were installed to check for snagging and signed off the gates. Now we have safe and fully maintained gates.Â
