"You're guaranteed to get everything if you spend enough money" is a fucked up defense btw. People don't have infinite money, the gambling is happening in the attempt to get the pull they want for as little money as possible, and in the sunk cost fallacy that encourages them to spend more than they otherwise would. It's predatory through using many of the same mechanisms as traditional gambling, and it's fucking ridiculous and disgusting how much it has spread and how normalised it is.

I truly see why Nanami is able to handle Takuma Ino and Yuji Itadori - they are literally Yu Haibara as two separate entities.
