The Oak Siblings each have their own nickname for Professor Oak. For Daisy its Grandad, for Green its Grandpa, for Gary its Gramps. They only use these in private and with close friends.
Sometimes it seems like Gary is the favorite among the grandchildren but its actually reversed. Professor Oak is Gary's favorite and Gary makes it known everyday and Professor Oak just has to sit there and take it. Their mother was furious while their dad thought it was hilarious.
Professor Oak actually used to be strict especially during Daisy's time but because of the aforementioned fact, Professor Oak was forced to soften up until he became the patient loving silly grandfather they know today.
Surprisingly, Professor Oak trusts Green the most. Because Green's morals are like a stone brick. Unmovable. The moment you throw it to a window, the window is the one that breaks. Daisy and Gary are questionable at best.
Daisy's starter is a Bulbasaur, Green's starter is a Charmander, and Gary's starter is a Squirtle. Professor Oak's starter was a Nidoran but he also has a Bulbasaur.
Both Daisy and Gary have an Eeveelution. Daisy's is an Espeon while Gary's is an Umbreon. If Green were to get an Eevee, his would be a Sylveon :)))
All Oak's have a Porygon. They are a Porygon household. Sorry not sorry Rotom. Gary has a Porygon, Daisy and Green both have a Porygon2 while Professor Oak has a PorygonZ.
Gary knows how to drive. Professor Oak taught him at 10 years old. It was not a voluntary decision. For Professor Oak. But Gary refused to get out of the house with an escort so he went with illegal driving instead. Thank god Gary did not look like a ten year old at the time. (Looks at the cheerleaders) For Arceus sake, Shigeru (You told me to not look 10!)
All of the Oak siblings grew up watching Professor Oak's tapes when he competed in the Championship. His battle with Agatha with her Gengar against his Nidorino is one of the most memorable moments in the family.
Green and Daisy call their deceased grandmother as Grams because Gary forced them to. And whenever talking to Gary about Professor Oak, they use the name Gramps because baby Gary always pretended that he did not know any other names Professor Oak had.
Green is the one that inherited Professor Oak's eyes of Green while Daisy inherited their mother's while Gary had a mix of the two with teal.
Gary's technical first pokemon is Growlithe, Daisy's first is Eevee, and Green's first is Scyther. Professor Oak's first is Kangaskid.
Gary looks a lot like Professor Oak when he was younger. In his Blue disguise with Gare, he looks like his grandmother. He has his mother's color palette. Daisy is the splitting image of her father with her mother's eyes (blue) while Green looks like his mother with his father's color palette plus his father's eyes (green).
Professor Oak was not a good babysitter. When the Oak Siblings parents were alive, Daisy was the one in charge while Professor Oak was just a wallet or shelter. Lets say using sleep powder on a fussing baby Gary was not a good look for the man.
