Garlic Roasted Chicken Thighs are a flavorful and easy-to-make dish perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion. The combination of garlic, thyme, and rosemary infuses the chicken with aromatic flavors while roasting enhances its juiciness and tenderness.
Ingredients: 6 chicken thighs. 6 cloves of garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Put it together. Make sure the chicken thighs are evenly covered with the garlic mixture by rubbing it on them. Put the chicken thighs on a baking sheet that has aluminum foil or parchment paper on it. After the oven is hot, roast the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and fully cooked. After cooking, take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes.
