That piece of media wasn't made for you. That piece of media was made by people with biases and objectives and differing worldviews and sometimes it is reflected in that piece of work. Making that piece of media your entire personality to the point that any criticism of it becomes a personal affront is really a you problem and something you need to sort out.
Ganondorf is my favorite character and also a caricature of every racist and orientalist trope that I also have personal experience with. As someone that loves him I am also at the forefront of criticizing his portrayal. These two things can exist. You can like things and you can and should criticize the elements that aren't good about them. Use your brain a little it'll open up your perspective.
