A Game of Coming Home

I didn't really do a very good job promoting this one when I released it, but it's maybe my favorite game I've made for the Eternal Jam and the only entry in my A Game Of series.

It's a paper fortune teller game or tool for interrogating the feelings of returning home after a life changing event. It's very heartfelt and poignant. Its also does the thing that I love the most in ttrpg: as your players very hard questions and wait for them to work out the response.

I also did all of the illustrations and frames for the fortune teller itself (a rare thing for me.)

or as I would have titled it Online Block Tower Emulator bc it really works for a lot more than Dread at this point and that's why I'm sharing it

Review: ★★★★ ½ 

Simple, to the point, and works really well for any Jenga-using game, not just Dread! I'm thinking specifically of The Wretched / The Wretched & Alone particularly, which was the first encounter I had with needing "tower" *cough* blocks ​​ -- I've been looking for a tool ever since so I wouldn't have to hunt down a set of blocks (or annoy half the household knocking them over by myself repeatedly) ;D 

I will say it's a totally different SKILLSET from tower blocks. So people y'know, hypothetically, no one I know ​ who tend to kick ass at Jenga because they're good at figuring out which blocks are weight-bearing and slowly, carefully removing the extraneous ones without bumping anything, will not necessarily be as good at this game, because it relies on (after a few rounds, at least for me -- not too great of a console player-- very) fast reflexes. 

In the context of Wretched and Alone games (haven't played Dread) being fast, well-timed and aggressive CAN transfer over to the situation, but since you're usually pulling a block to see if you survive some very epic death threat while you're very small within your situation, the combination of strategy and luck of block towers is often a pretty apt analogy. So, as I commented in my rating, it would be cool to have an OPTION of what amounts to strategic stealth over quick reflexive action. (On itch I made some suggestions when rating - maybe alternating levels where the point is dragging a simple block without touching the walls Operation-style, or identifying something in a puzzle, or something like that.) Buttt that said, that combination of identification and precision is hard to replicate in a simple game especially when it's being made for the sole purpose of being a stand-in! I can't code this shit! I can't complain too much!

Step 2: Log in to your Discord account.

Once done, your login status will be detected. Click "Link Now" in the center to complete the Zenless Zone Zero Discord account linking.

Once you've linked your Discord account with your Zenless Zone Zero account and launched Zenless Zone Zero (on PC or mobile), your data will be displayed on Discord, including your nickname, Inter-Knot level, game server, and time spent in-game.

*Due to technical limitations, displaying the gaming status of the PlayStation™ version is currently not supported.

With the release of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.3, our Battle Records and Upgrade Guides game tools have now been updated! Come check them out now!

| Battle Records Update: A new drive disc scoring module and Ether Activity pop-up have been added.

A new Drive Disc stats module has been added to Battle Records beneath the Agent stats section, where you can view and share the upgrade progress of your Drive Discs. A new Ether activity pop-up has been added to the Hollow Zero module to show detailed Ether activity info.

Additionally, "Titles" and "Badges" have been added to the profile interface, where you can display your in-game title and the medals. No. of floors completed in "Simulated Battle Trial" and deepest level reached for The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault have been added to the Data Overview.

| Upgrade Guides Now Available: New Team Building Recommendations, Drive Disc Recommendations, and an Overview of Upgrade Suggestions have been added.

The homepage of the Upgrade Guides now displays an Effective Stat Upgrade Overview to provide Proxies with a clear view of the upgrade progress of different stats.

Additionally, Proxies are now able to add multiple lineups for the same Agent to showcase the diversity of their lineups and their differences across various scenarios.
