Tower of Anxiety Tip: Pause-n-Play
If you're clearing the tower, I'd like to offer a suggestion that helped me get far: take breaks and catch your breath, calm down before you continue. You'll find you focus better, your reaction time improves... You can either stop a second to slow your breathing, or just pause the game when you reach the next checkpoint and do something as a quick break. I'd do the latter if I wasn't afraid of panicking into rapid heart rate again, helps feel less like wasted time if ya don't succeed. Nothing is saying you're on a time limit to complete it.
