you can really tell what era KND was made in when a substantial amount of the villains revolve around really weird tropes that aren’t as common or acceptable in cartoons (&& real life in some cases) today as they were back then. I feel more inclined to hyper-focus on specific characters rather than look at the series as a whole just because of how many uncomfortable encounters in it there is, you know?
a lot of characters need rewriting or to be scrapped all together. not only that, the cast in general feels very bloated. I’m hoping that if GKND is actually produced they cutdown substantially on the current cast.
Overall I'm not referring to any specific characters as i’d like my criticism to be a general thing, but i’m sure you can infer what character(s) i’m on about ..
Shitty sketch of possible kndstuck thing I want to do,,,for funsies,, I know their outfits were already simple and could've fit homestucks style but I thought it would be fun to make my own :P aside from my already existing designs,,,I think they would be so fun to imagine in a sburb session,,, suggestions for classpecting and lunar sways would be greatly appreciated!!!
