Game planning.
Almost done with finals week!
I have to say that things haven’t been easy for me in terms of losing weight and figuring out everything, but I’m taking baby steps to try and get my life back together!
1. Summer classes: I’m planning to try and do at least one summer course for classes I’ve failed (yes, like D range fail). I found two that start on the 16th, and I’m hoping that after finals, I’ll try to get a loan out and sign up as soon as possible. I really need this summer to be productive since I don’t have an internship or anything to look forward to, which I should look into as soon as possible. Wish me luck!
2. Weight loss: I know I’ve said many times that I would try to document my weight loss journey, and I still am. It’s just with finals right now, I can’t quite focus on losing weight. I have been very bad the past two weeks just taking a bite whenever I can, but I PROMISE that once this hell week is over, that I will personally buy a scale and document my weight, the food I eat, the amount of exercise I do, etc. I just really haven’t had the time nor motivation to fully commit to this, but I will definitely get things going once this week is over!
3. Work work work work work~: So I’m getting a bit tired of things at my current job, and I need a job that can teach me new skills and pay me more, so a big thing happening this summer will be job (and hopefully an internship) hunting!! My friend Channtra and I are going to try and look for better jobs than the ones we have now; she actually works with me and has been for quite a while now, so we both agreed that this would be a good experience for us to go job hunting together!! Wish us luck!!
4. Social life: I’m going to try and be more social and be outside more. I definitely want to see more of Boston’s nightlife and meet new people. I really hope I don’t get all weak and end up on tinder again because there is just too many thirsty ass people on that app, I just can’t anymore. It would be really nice to meet someone though and have that be highlight of my summer, but we’ll just have to see.
