I think I found a goal I want to work towards. It looks badass to do. Wouldn't mind training for that.
So better news, my back is slowly healing.
So for this upcoming week, I will slowly workout using my resistance cable. I am not ready for the 25lbs dumbbell yet. I would love to pick up where I left off but I am nowhere near ready. And with the cable, I'll be able to keep working out but not stressing my body out more.
Also thinking of buying a rugby club t-shirt soon. I have been watching rugby a lot more lately. What helped was cracking my back on a stiff chair. It really, really helped.
the way that cheating is so normalized is actually outta control.. aside from the likely infection of it all, the amount of time you have between potentially a harmless kiss, touch or flirt and full on fuckin, and at no point consider or think about the person you love and are in a relationship with long enough to stop yourself, is enough for me.
