OMG I wish wish wish Mercedes would start letting their designers go ABSOLUTELY MENTAL with their new cars, because thanks to this car right here(^ the w221 S65 AMG) my expectations of Mercedes Benz are so very high.
Thanks mainly to the absolutely monstrous 6.0L Biturbo V12 under the bonnet making 621hp (IN 2012 MIND YOU), with a mind boggling 1000NM of TORQUE, sent to the REAR wheels only via the amazing AMG/Mercedes 5 speed auto, the only reason why it couldn't be the 7G-tronic was because it couldn't handle the severe amount of torque that this car had.
Now don't get me wrong this car is so not eco friendly, but frankly when you're effectively driving a rocket ship with more leather than even Gucci could imagine, you don't tend to care what eco-nerds have to say, anyways you couldn't hear them over the beautiful sound of that perfectly hand built AMG V12.

Track of the day // Freak Slug - Spells
A new project/album out today. Future Classic: Recomposed is an audio-visual project that sees 8 recompositions of the Sydney label's showcase songs. Originally a collaboration with Calm the brief was to create long-duration, ambient/classical/sleep versions of each track.
I’m also handling the visual duties, which sees each track showcasing its own artwork. When listening on Spotify flick through each canvas to see the corresponding visuals. The keystone piece of the project is a limited run of double gatefold vinyl records with printed inner sleeves.
It was a unique opportunity to bring the audio and visual sides of the project closer together, so I’m extremely grateful to Future Classic and all of the artists involved for allowing the project to come to life.
