Woops, I forgot to post that one to Tumblr. It's from over a month ago.
Did you know that Fusion360's texturing tool sucks for non engineering rendering? Almost like it wasn't designed for art stuff 🤔
SANGUINE HAZE, the Erratic Lord of Order in ProkhorVLG's Sunset System world (please check it out it's really cool).
Of course, I also printed it. Propably won't paint it before a long while though.
Kinda looks like a brain no?
My first attempt at designing a maze.
I figured my new business cards deserved to be properly displayed, so I designed and 3D printed this holder. I posted this photo on Instagram where a tumblr friend saw it and asked if I could make a Kodak one for them.
This is how it looks, designed in and rendered by Fusion 360. I've just started printing it. If it comes out looking good I might just start advertising for commissions :-)
I've learned a lot with the second project, and will probably redesign the first one.

Sometimes you need to replace part of your home’s foundation, and sometimes you need to make something that actually matters!
We have books all over the house at all times. Lucci had the idea of a book return so at least we can get them off surfaces if not actually put away.
I modeled the basic outlines and gave my son a printout to draw creatures and adornments onto. Then I brought those drawings back into the Fusion360 model and my friend Ian created the tool pathing and ran the CNC.
It was hard to translate the pure wholesome goodness of James’ line drawings into cut-out silhouettes. But I hope the spirit is in there.
Probably the trickiest part was painting the rainbow to have the proper enamel pin effect I wanted! I give myself a B+.

Working on some stuff for a new sona based off some modding stuff I did with The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker.
I modeled this entirely from scratch, including modelling the smaller details as opposed to using displacement maps, and also decided to model a pedestal to go along with it. Basically just an 'evil' version of the Master Sword which I decided to call the Sovereign Blade (because I just picked a random synonym of master).
In addition to that I made a concept drawing of a corrupted triforce (just because it's upside down doesn't make it a Lorule thing) Got the original version I drew, and a second version I used upscaling and sharpening with to add some extra detail in.
And here's the current state of that sona
