I would say yes, but it's still in progress..? There is at least 3 pets that are "canon", while the rest like I said is in work and sure if they ever made it to "canon"..

No, Pj, Aurora or Miracle never met their aunt, only heard about her from stories.
When Miracle found out he was expecting, he shared the news with his mate, but he looked disgustinged, so he left the Tribe (of course, Pj found out about this, but Miracle begged not to do anything to his ex).
Do Zero/SCP-10000-A's parents had any ability, where they came from? And what did Zero's inherited?
Lilith/SCP-10000 was known for her "siren" voice and lurking humans and others anomalies.. sometimes could have been seen with "plants" she created by "singing", but also by using her horns. She could also "stalk" for hours.
Lilith was great at flying and camouflaging (being invisible), but in the end it didn't work on specific SCP or maybe she just gave up, as she was heartbroken after losing her mate three years ago.. to this day old researchers are trying to figure out why their "termination weapon" died 🤔
SCP Foundation personels believed, she (could) lived in medieval era (which is true!). Researchers would say that she could even be "royal pet" or "god pet".
Darkstorm/SCP-829 is electric type of SCP.. Foundation had to create a specific cell for it. She could create "electric illusion" or even "stormy clouds". She was great at this.. but sadly it didn't work well on specific SCP 🤫
As for where she was found, nobody knows where she really came from, but SCP Foundation located its at [redacted] farm.
And no, Zero/SCP-10000-A did not inherited any of his mama (Darkstorm)'s ability, only his mum's "siren" voice (barely use it, but even when he does it, it's sound more like singing lullaby).
Zero is basically his mama's copy, but with some features from his mum - like wings (undeveloped sadly) and eyes.
Does David acknowledge his half-siblings?
No, he doesn't!
He does not have their number (he blocked both of them). As he does not want to have anything in common with them.
