Snow/SCP-1960 is my favourite and comfort character.. as she is big part of my heart since I made her in 2019!
But I also loves/hates the rest of my scp ocs!

I think, she would need time to trust them (same for Zero/SCP-10000-A's mums!), but I'm sure she would grow to like them! If Zero/SCP-10000-A's mums were still alive, they could teach Snow/SCP-1960 how to control her emotions.. more like help to improve her mental health..?

I would say yes, but it's still in progress..? There is at least 3 pets that are "canon", while the rest like I said is in work and sure if they ever made it to "canon"..
