reasons the spice cabinet is the best part of a house: a thread
1. holds the spices, obviously
2. smells a bit too familiar in a very non familiar, cryptic kind of way
3. probably also where the koolaid packets are stored
4. usually has an uncanny array of spices, an amount that a single family probably wouldn’t need but has for an unknown reason
5. the possibility of having spices in the back of the cabinets that everyone forgot about and didn’t even know they had is high
6. usually some weird salt shakers or straws or flavor packets for meat in the back that no one has even bothered to take out, look at or use
