I used RGB of temperature as mask to add some details by color correct, I don’t know if this is a correct way to use temperature channel. Also, I realize that some small size Turbulence is very important in get details, I thought even no Turbulence I can get more small rolling by decrease Advection before. Here is a almost some setting but weaker Turbulence test : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SF3unuYgo4Y you can see how the small rolling different between tow test .
And the Fire channel just add on Smoke layer directly so looks too bright. but my fire channel can’t output alpha…

Car crash with fragmentation and smoke simulation. I wanted to add things to it (like the car exploding and the sign crashing down) but it was a bit overkill, since it was a small exercise for my Uni midterms.
Done in 3dsmax with Rayfire and Fume Fx. Rendered in Vray next.
