Ingredients: 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped. 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1 ripe banana. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk of your choice. 1 tablespoon agave syrup or sweetener of your choice, optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Place the chopped beetroot, mixed berries, banana, spinach, and chia seeds in a blender. Pour in the almond milk and agave syrup if using. Add ice cubes if you want a colder smoothie.
