Ingredients: 4 cups sliced apples. 2 cups sliced plums. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, sliced plums, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and cornstarch. Mix until the fruit is well coated. Transfer the fruit mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish. In another bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the topping mixture is crumbly.
