Ingredients: 4 cups sliced apples. 2 cups sliced plums. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, sliced plums, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and cornstarch. Mix until the fruit is well coated. Transfer the fruit mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish. In another bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the topping mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the oat and almond topping evenly over the fruit in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
