Greens, fruits, and yogurt in this Lean Green Smoothie are all good for you and will give you a healthy energy boost. You can eat it for breakfast or as a snack right away. Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup kale leaves. 1/2 banana. 1/2 green apple, chopped. 1/2 cucumber, sliced. 1/2 lemon, juiced. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 cup water or coconut water. Ice cubes optional. Instructions: In a blender, put in the kale, pumpkin, cucumber, lemon juice, honey, kale, and spinach. Add water or coconut water until the consistency you want is reached.
