Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup hemp seeds. 1/2 cup chopped nuts almonds, cashews, or walnuts. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit raisins, cranberries, or apricots. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, mix together oats, hemp seeds, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and salt. In a small saucepan, warm maple syrup and almond butter over low heat until well combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated. Fold in vegan chocolate chips and chopped dried fruit. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking pan, ensuring it's evenly spread. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Let it cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
