Hey Cozylings 🥰❤️ For this International Women’s Day, I wanted to share a post that’s part of our Smoothie Prep series but also feels like a small celebration for you. I’ve been sharing my prep routines and stocked ingredients, and now it’s time to show the smoothies I actually make every week. These combinations aren’t just recipes they’re little daily rituals. Some mornings they’re a quick breakfast. Other times they’re a sweet or tropical pick-me-up. Sometimes they’re a green boost that makes you feel energized and intentional. Each one is flexible, easy, and most importantly… cozy. The post includes five of my favorite combinations, with tips for making prep easier and a little inspiration for celebrating yourself while you blend. Whether it’s the classic Strawberry Banana, tropical Mango Pineapple, Blueberry Spinach, Chocolate Banana Protein, or Green Detox smoothies, every sip is a reminder to nourish yourself, enjoy a moment, and take care of your body all in your own cozy way. I hope this post inspires Cozylings to enjoy smoothies as a small daily celebration, especially today for International Women’s Day. 🥤✨ More cozy kitchen routines and smoothie posts are coming soon the series continues!

These red white and blue fruit popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for summer or any patriotic celebration.
Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries, chopped. 1 cup blueberries. 1 cup vanilla yogurt. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. Popsicle molds.
Instructions: Using a blender, blend the strawberries until they are smooth. Put some strawberry puree in the bottom third of each popsicle mold. Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes to help it set up some. Add honey or maple syrup to the vanilla yogurt and mix it well. Once the molds are no longer frozen, take them out and fill the second third with the yogurt mixture. Wait 20 minutes more and put it back in the freezer. Make a smooth paste out of the blueberries. Put the blueberry puree into the last third of the popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Freeze for at least four hours, or until the cheese is set. Run warm water over the molds to loosen them up and take the popsicles out.
