Could the new ‘’mysterious character’ in Frozen 3 be Ingrid. The plotline in Frozen 2 resembled OUAT season 4 so I don’t see why they wouldn’t take inspiration again from the 2011 serie for Frozen 3.

Helsa is canon!!!! ❄️🔥
GUYSSS... after many years (13!) of a countless fights for our babies Helsa, after many years of countless hints and scrapped canonizations.... i can FINALLY say, with reliable source, that HELSA IS FINALLY CANON.
Yes, confirmed even HALF A YEAR before Frozen 3. ❤️😭
You can have your cheers and come out of your shadows, guys. There is NOTHING to be afraid anymore. War is OVER. ❤️😭
HH is more predictable and we already know what's going to happen in season 3. Lilith, the morningstars drama, Alastor going delulu. It will be mostly like the previous seasons, without any surprises. You know what to expect.
meanwhile frozen III, the shit can really hit the fan with this one. it's being produced only to make money, without any creative vision going on behind it. the main writer has also proved many times she doesn't understand the characters and making dumb retcons comes as easy for her as breathing. the finale of frozen 2 has left anna and elsa in positions they should never be in the first place, so now the third film will focus on proving to us that anna is an amazing queen, actually, and elsa was always meants to be a forest hobo.
I say pay more attention to frozen 'cause things will really get hardcore. besides, it's not like it overlaps with HH. by the time s3 comes out around cctober, the whole plot of frozenIII will be leaked online anyway
Do we, though? I mean, there are so many s3 theories out there and I still don't know which one to believe. At this point we at most know like the basic outlines, but not where it's going.
The main grain of hope I have for F3 is that one bad sequel doesn't always equel more bad sequels. F3 and 4 are definitely being made for the money and anyone who denies that is delusional, but I'm just hoping so hard they learned from the mistakes they made with F2.
Hazbin s3 doesn't have an exact release date yet aside from "the wait is gonna be about as long as the wait for s2" (which leads us to roughly mid-2027), so I'm not entirely sure yet how to plan it out. But based on F2's release, mid-2027 is probably when the trailers and marketing for F3 is really gonna start kicking in.
And now we also have HB S3-B to add to the 2027 mix...
Kristen Bell has officially Begun Voice Recording for Frozen 3 | News | Latest Updates
Our Anna, Kristen Bell, has officially begun voice recording for Anna in Frozen 3. She posted an Instagram carousel post a picture of her in the recording stuff with her headphones and mic with the phrase "Icy secrets ❄️", and from another angle with pictures of Elsa and Anna in Frozen I, and Anna and Olaf in Frozen 2, with directors Jennifer Lee and Trent Correy, other crew members and a dog, and Lee and Correy directing Bell:
The caption she's gone with is simply "Back in the Booth!! ❄️ @disneyfrozen". The official Frozen account commented "some things never change 🥰❄️". Josh Gad has also commented “It's great not working with you again. I'll be seeing you at the premiere! 😂”. I think that Gad means that they're in the studio at different times due to personal schedules so the next they would see each other would be the premiere but he could be joking actually it's a Marvel Studios Wonderman reference where Josh Had played himself in the show and died lol because it's just a hilarious joke to roll with since Marvel fans are still running it lol.. but I'm not sure! 👀
It's not stated that it's for Frozen 3 but with Jennifer Lee and Trent Correy being the directors of Frozen 3, it's most likely that. And if the supposed Short, for this October, is an animated feature like the others, she could be recording that alongside Frozen 3.
Josh Gad was also back in the Studio in early February for Frozen 3 in an Instagram post of his, and I made a breakdown post on that too.
Not much to breakdown but we're getting closer to getting more new Frozen 3 content! We didn't get any Frozen 3 updates yesterday at Disney's Comiccon panel as expected but I would expect something small, and enough to keep us fed til October, at D23 in August. Idina Menzel and Jonathan Groff are yet to start recording as far as we know.
Stay tuned for more, Dear Snowflakes! ❄️
World of Frozen costumes to change after Frozen 3 and 4's release | News | Analysis
Disclaimer: I know the title is obvious news but please read the post to understand the point I'm getting at, thank you!
In an article, IGN spoke with Michel den Dulk (Walt Disney Imagineering Portfolio Executive Director for Disneyland Paris) and Roger Gould (Creative Director at Disney Entertainment Studios) at the opening of World of Frozen recently in Paris to discuss the new land, and Frozen 3 and 4.
Michel den Dulk, and Roger Gould tell - about how emotionally attached we are the Elsa and Anna and how we follow them in their journey of growth and life:
“What I love about our movies is when you watch them, you're actually going on an emotional journey with the characters. And at the end of those stories, you don't just think, 'oh yeah! that was nice.' You think, 'oh my gosh, Anna, I was with you when you froze, and I was afraid for you,' and then 'I was with Elsa when she saw you melt, and you hugged. So, when guests see those characters in the park, they don't just go up to them and say, 'nice to meet you.' They run up and hug our characters because they've been through that emotional journey together, and we get to reignite that emotional experience for people. And I think that's why Frozen is one of these forever properties, it has a message of family and love and self-expression, and those are just things that will always be true and will always resonate with people.”
den Dulk's words are so true! We hug them because we've seen what they've been through and what they might go through next in Frozen 3 and 4 and thinking from the perspectives of the actors who portray the sisters at the parks, it must be so emotional for them to get the hug and feel the love Elsa and Anna deserve from their people, their fans.
Roger Gould speaks:
“We really wanted the attraction to feel like every character sees you, is welcoming you, and is inviting you in, and that starts with Olaf seeing you and running towards you, which really was us trying to make you feel like he can't even wait to see you. And the moment he does, he wants to run up and make that connection. I think that's something that's really magical and probably invisible to the guests that we actually try to embed the emotional themes like these in the physical experience that you're having.
[...]
In the film, she's saying, 'It's time to see what I can do.' It's a song that she's singing to herself when she needs to understand who she is. For the ride, we changed it to 'It's time to share what I can do,' because that's that invitation. We want people to feel welcome.”
In the article, there's more about the robotic Olaf and the Ice Castle, and more but I just want to talk about Frozen 3 here because I find this quite interesting, exciting and a build in anticipation for me.
Roger Gould goes on to say:
“An attraction is going to be more set in a certain moment of time, but a land should always take place after the latest movie. Today, when you're in World of Frozen, you'll see Anna in her Queenly outfit from the end of Frozen 2 and you'll see Elsa in her beautiful Snow Queen look, as that's who they are now. When a Frozen 3 or Frozen 4 comes out, we will evolve that story. So the land will always be a living place that reflects Frozen today and wherever that story is.”
[...]
“It's an incredible opportunity to keep telling the story going forward. And I guess when we make our films, if we do it right, when the movie ends, the audience knows that the world didn't end, that those characters' lives didn't go away. They keep going. And in the parks, we get to deliver on that expectation. We go beyond the boundaries of the movie."
So Gould reveals that the lands will be updated with the very latest based on the recent movies and since Frozen 2 is the latest movie of the Frozen franchise, and we ended up seeing Anna dressed as Queen of Arendelle while Elsa dressed asked in white stays behind at the forest after finding out she (and Anna) is the Fifth Spirit, the parks will have the sisters in those outfits and Arendelle in the way we left it. It'll also mean that anything that goes on in the actual world of Frozen currently, is canon, for example Summer Snow Day/ the Sunflower Festival, the day that celebrates Anna's first and well known act of true love, at the end of Frozen, is an actual event that the sisters celebrate. I think that's so cool and the idea of updating the land and the costumes with the latest movie is amazing and makes fans feel connected to that new movie, and Frozen. So now I can't wait til we get Frozen 3 and see the world be updated with those costumes and it would help promotion too.
“When a Frozen 3 or Frozen 4 comes out, we will evolve that story”
But what's most interesting to me is that it sounds much more dramatic - their costumes will change obviously I know that but there'll be a story and evolution behind those costumes that show that theirs more to them. The Fifth Spirit and Queen title isn't all there is to them now so I'm feeling this'll be an emotional journey. Frozen 2 was mainly about finding the truth behind Elsa's powers and with that came the true identity of not just Elsa but Anna too, as the Fifth Spirit. Iduna's act in saving Agnarr when they were kids themselves, gave the gift of two daughters, who represented the magical side of the world and the human side each, who were the balance between them and showed the world that love does not discriminate between whether or not you have powers or not. But with Frozen 3 and 4 in the way, it's fascinating to know what could be left in that journey of self discovery for the sisters, and that is big enough to lead to a second part movie. I'd love to hear your theories. But yeah that's fun to hear and I'm looking forward to seeing our beloved franchise evolve into something more beautiful. ❄️

Frozen 3 logo update and Frozen 4 release date | News | Latest Updates
Fake movie titles
Yesterday, a fake Disney slate poster was going around. There's this going around on X/ Twitter with tons of movies. Drew Smith confirms this. Movies of these movies are confirmed to be happening within the next few years but some of these haven't even begun production and have crazy fake titles. They also don't have Frozen 4's logo on here which is also rumoured to be a year it toe after Frozen 3.
Frozen 3 is on there with the current official logo revealed at 2024's D23 along with the board of questions they'd be answering and the first official concept art. You can see my post about that D23 which was the last D23 we got Frozen 3 content in linked here.
Although this logo is official (but may not be the one used for marketing and promotion which I'll get to soon), other logos are fake like Hercules (looking for casting), Cruella (in early production), Princess Diaries 3 (early stages), and a few others. I don't think Disney releases their slate lists for the next 4 years. They'd only do it for the next two years ahead and at the D23 event which is around August.
Now regarding the Frozen logo like I mentioned in my post for the 2024 D23, I think that icy logo is just a placeholder logo until the official one releases either at this year's D23 or later when they start the marketing for Frozen 3. I speculate this because moments before at that D23, or before Frozen 3 's panel began then, this logo above was revealed, another logo was floating around, everyone assuming it was either fake or a leak. Josh Gad though quickly indirectly confirmed this as potentially real having posted it when sharing Frozen 3's concept art as an Instagram post. The "leaked" logo features the frozen logo in 2d stylized format with the 3 in Roman numerals behind it with a pink gradient. There are also the four elemental spirit symbols with two snowflakes (representing Elsa and Anna as the Fifth Spirit) with them. The blurred background is of cherry blossom trees with mountains behind them seemingly in a new location. Frozen 2's logo had a rocky stone-like gradient to it representing the elemental spirits and the Enchanted Forest and in the new "leaked" logo, it has a pink gradient possibly representing Spring with the blossoms in the background.
I hope this clears up the confusion and I'm looking forward to this year's D23 because the marketing era kicks off this October with a short so Frozen 3 content needs to happen to get us prepared and anticipated for that.
I also made an edit combining the two frozen logos revealed at 2024's D23 just to see what it could look like if pink is the gradient they use.
(please, please do not download and repost my edit anywhere else unless you reblog this blog - tyy!)
Frozen 4 release date?
Today, Disney has officially released their new slate of movie release dates for 2028 and 2029 years with their categories like Marvel, Pixar, Animation, etc. The release dates listed are:
Disney - 18th February 2028
Marvel - 28th July 2028
Disney - 10th November 2028
Marvel - 4th April 2029
Disney Animation - 15th June 2029
Marvel - 14th July 2029
Pixar - 21st November 2029
This means that November 21st and 22nd of 2028 are free so it's possible for Frozen 4, the second part to Frozen 3, to be released a year apart from Frozen 3 in 2027.
Sum up
In conclusion, the slate is fake despite some logos being official and movies being in early production. Disney doesn't usually release their slates outside of any event, especially D23 as far as I know anyway. And although the Frozen 3 logo is real, it may not be the final logo to be used for marketing.
This blog has been on a 3 posts per day queue for a few years now and sometimes even that can be hard to keep up with how little content there is to reblog, hence why I tend to reblog really old posts (I just refuse to lower the queue any more than this).
But to think that next year, or even later this year with the short, I should be able to raise the daily posts in my queue again!
You know you've been out of the loop with the Frozen franchise lately when it takes you 2 weeks to find out there's apparently been an (currently) untitled Frozen short announced for this October to bridge the F2-F3 gap and lead into the F3 marketing campaign for next year...
(It says it's being made by WDAS, so it'll most likely be animated in the same style the movies and the FF/OFA shorts were.)
The Frozen franchise has been so quiet the past few years (compared to before) that I genuinely forgot what it's like to get actual Frozen content that isn't a lego short or comic/storybook-type stuff. So, I'm honestly not sure yet what to think of it. I'm definitely watching it, though!
