[β Loki] You know, I was going to try to be the bigger person here and not let you get a reaction out of me but fuck it. Here's your reaction. You don't have to respond but I need to get this out.
[β Loki] I'm not even mad you're with Tony. Okay, I am, whatever. Jealous? You bet. Is that what you want to hear from me? That I'm jealous? That I miss you?
[β Loki] I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner how I felt. I didn't want to lose you and lost you anyway. I guess I just need to get this all out so I can finally move on.
[β Loki] I really hope you're happy together. I mean it. Anyway, maybe one day we can figure out how to be friends or at least...civil while we're in the same room.
[β Loki] I know it's late...sorry for blowing up your phone.
[π² Justin Hoe] I'm sorry, who's this?
[π² Justin Hoe] Wait, don't tell me, you've given me enough clues...
[π² Justin Hoe] Oooh, aha! Justin!
[π² Justin Hoe] ...in my defense, I've deleted the old texts and your number.
Loki was so glad it was easier to lie through text - because of course, he didn't delete anything. He sighed, turning on his other side in the otherwise empty bed. Being with Tony was a lonely existence, the man was almost always tinkering lately, and Loki almost cursed himself for showing him some Asgardian tech he could play around with, because they spent less time together. Sure, he could've went down and join him, but sometimes he grew tired of it.
[π² Justin Hoe] It's a bit late telling me you don't want to lose me, isn't it? You should've thought about it much sooner.
Somehow, his rage driven revenge didn't satisfy him. Perhaps he should go harder about it? He could always make it worse. That was one of his superpowers.
[π² Justin Hoe] If you wanted to make me feel something, you've failed. I don't feel anything. And yes. I am happy with Tony.
[π² Justin Hoe] Now if you'll excuse me, I have some duties to tend to, if you know what I mean. π₯
He sighed as he put his phone down on the nightstand, then moved to get up and walk down to the workshop with the blanket in his hand. Tony was sitting in front of his desk and he was typing something while an arm piece was directly between him and the keyboard, but Loki said nothing, just squeezed himself behind Tony on the chair, wrapped the blanket over his own back, and rested on the Stark's back as he hugged him from behind. Tony hummed "you okay?" and Loki hummed back "I'm okay". If you're not coming to bed, Loki thought with a smile, stroking the abs under his fingers through Tony's shirt, you'll be my bed.
