Peter grinned as he looked over his finished product with pride. It was Valentines day and he was gonna celebrate it with his friend and crime fighting partner (not sidekick--that would mean Jack was less important. Which he's totally not.) Peter decided to make a bunch of webs strewn all over New York in the shape of a heart with 'Jack' smack dab in the middle. It was like something out of Charlotte's Web and Peter knew Jack would get a kick out of it. "Perfect!" Peter chirped proudly.
Jack had spent most of his season on the east coast, and today was no exception. He’d promised to meet up with Peter for a casual…day of entertaining activities.
Usually, one would call that a date, but the thought of Peter putting forth any romantic gestures was simply laughable - a thought that struck an odd pang in the Guardian. He was baffled when he swooped down to land beside his friend on the webbed platform."Jeez Pete, were the people really that sick of the snow?" he snickered, incorrectly assuming it was an umbrella against his icy powers.
