The 'Frond Leaf' brooch is box-constructed from silver. The frond leaf detail is decorated with 18ct yellow gold highlights and is set with an iolite stone. The frond leaf swings freely from a box-unit decorated with an 18ct yellow gold inner box feature. . Both these shapes - the frond leaf itself and the little box - have featured many times in my designs. In this necklace I put my small frond leaf unit at the front of the piece with an additional box element - one of my classic design features - and set it with a Pale Pink Oval Spinel and a hanging pink pearl. .
