So I used fromJapan service for this bag. This is my first time using them so some things may not really apply after the fact because shipping costs and time worked a little different during the pandemic. I do want to order more things from them in the future to see if anything changes. review tag is #rev

I payed 4,800 yen for the bag on June 30, which is the regular listing on DIRT website. I only payed this amount for the first charge and they ordered it very quickly. I had an update email a few hours after placing it. After this point it was the longest waiting period which fell mostly on DIRT’s part because some of my other friends who ordered weren’t getting their items either. My mutual who lives in Japan finally received theirs on July 23, and this was also the same day that it arrived at the warehouse, which means they probably had them all made during that time and then shipped to Japan addresses.

I payed the second fee which included 1) service and 2) domestic shipment and 3) international shipment. I kinda liked this method better since I wasn’t paying for the Japan shipping at the same time as the item and I could cancel it after it arrived. Service fee was 300 yen which is standard for most proxy services and then domestic shipping was 903 yen which also understandable even though it kinda hurt. The international shipment hurt the most since I decided to go with FedEx priority 3080 yen (I didn’t want to wait forever especially since I had heard of damages/ lost packages.) I payed that same night and the bag arrived today! Jun 27 which means makes it 4 days! They added tracking as well but I barely checked it since I had totally forgot.

The box has medium size and I could tell they didn’t add their own packaging since it already looked nice and secure the way the original box was. It had thin craft paper around & inside it and it was tightly held with plastic sheet covering a cardboard slab. It looked funny when I opened it and it was just fixed on the bottom of the box.
