A visit to Brussels is not complete without tasting frietjes, or traditionally made Belgian fries, Grand Palace, Brussels, Wednesday, June 19, 2019. Frietjes are thickly cut fries that are fried twice and usually served with a savoury mayonnaise.

「ウェンディーズ」の「フレンチフライ、チリ&チーズ」が大好き。でもいろいろあったんで、「なら自分で作ってしまえ」と自作。 キドニービーンズが手に入らなかったので、大豆の水煮で代替。牛挽肉も、国産肉の高いヤツしかなかったので、豪州産牛切り落としを叩いて細かくした。あとは、にんにく鷹の爪タマネギセロリトマトチリペッパーカイエンペッパー顆粒コンソメ醤油砂糖赤ワインオリーブオイル。クミン使わなかった。 フレンチフライは、じゃがいもくし切りにして、1時間水に晒し、水気切ってタピオカ粉まぶして、180℃のグレープシードオイルであげて、200℃にした油でもう一度揚げた。 そしてフレンチフライの上にはチリかけて、レッドチェダー載せて、オーブンで軽く熱して完成。 もちろん美味かった。 #チリ #ウェンディーズ #ウェンディーズファーストキッチン #フレンチフライチリアンドチーズ #経堂 #chile #chili #chillibeans #wendys #chilichesefries #homemade #Frietjes #fritz #homecooking (経堂) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bs2VvGWAWsk/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=haxf100q7noq
