As promised here are the recipe books I own. So far I’ve only used the untested recipes in The Donut Cookbook, which I’ve had the longest. If you would like some entertaining reading, check out the one star reviews for it on Amazon... 😝 I cannot recommend the book to anybody, but I’ve had fun trying it’s recipe and making my own improvements. I am very excited to try out the new Donuts recipe book I bought last week. It has recipes for yeast/fried donuts and cake donuts, as well as recipes for standard donut toppings and glazes. It looks really well edited and I suspect that the recipes have been tested before publishing haha.
