𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍔 @wingstopuk have launched their first Chicken burger. This is the Big Flavour Burger. Crispy chicken tenders cooked in your choice of one of their 10 flavours, with crunchy slaw, pickles, and house ranch sauce. Flavour options are original, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, hickory smoked bbq, Brazilian citrus pepper, Louisiana rub, spicy Korean, mango habanero, atomic, and plain. I’d never had @wingstop before so I really didn’t know what to expect or what level it falls on in comparison. It’s definitely your affordable fast food, for example this burger is £6.25 and before I looked I expected it to be around £9 just because I knew the brand and where it had come from but I hadn’t tried it out. If you’re looking for that KFC alternative then I guess this is it, right? The burger was enjoyable, I’m not sure what flavour I was given though 😅. 𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍔 If @tom_griffiths_ has anything to do with it then it’s definitely good, right? Well @goodbirdslondon comes as a spin off from @flanklondon focusing on chicken, and it’s bloody brilliant. This is the Fried Chicken Bun kit; free range fried chicken thigh, turmeric cucumber pickles, mayo, bbq chilli sambal sauce, lettuce, in a brioche bun. Plus a side of potato rosti’s. That chicken is top quality, and it fries so beautifully. Get that temperature right, coat it in enough batter, and it has a natural golden coating to it. That bbq chilli sambal sauce is delicious, it’s not too hot, it’s more sweet, and the mayo does a great job to balance it out too. The kit will be launching this week, coming in options for 2 or 4, plus there’s other options such as rotisserie chicken.
