#freshers flu

RECOVERY NO MORE

So any of my fellow spoonies at university/ college will probably know about the dreaded freshers flu.

I’m lucky in the fact I always get the tail end of it because I avoid anyone with the sniffles like the plague and then only have 3/5 days of a really nasty cold and seem to get the flu around the end of January.

Anyway freshers flu happens because you get everyone being thrown together with new bugs and rubbish immune systems and lots of alcohol and BOOM spoonie bug nightmare.

Bottom line I’m sick, send me stuff cause I’m bored and my housemates who so graciously infected me are at work all weekend.

i've got fresher's flu and so much reading to catch up on cos my lecturers didn't release the readings for last week until after the lectures. so naturally i'm sewing my new camp badges onto my blanket.

I’m going digital! I got myself an iPad and Apple Pencil.

Practicing writing with the AP using the GoodNotes app, the pencil is a little weighty towards the end but I just need to get used to using it.

Also after managing to evade it for a month, I have finally succumbed to Freshers Flu o(╥﹏╥)

Even though I am completely and utterly convinced that this is to be the end of me and have begun making funeral preparations, a friend pointed out that my fever may have made me just a touch dramatic, so I’m continuing to do my homework before picking out a coffin just yet.
