This weeks Advanced Equalization & Depth Adaptation Workshop taught by @benzo_speedo was an absolute success!!! • • This sold out class introduced students to information outside the scope of traditional freediving course material & practices commonly used by high level competitive Freedivers for adapting their mind, body & equalization abilities to new depths 🔱 • • The course saw all participants achieving PB’s across the board as well as 3 athletes crossing the magical threshold of 60m and joining the 200ft club ✨most importantly the valuable training methods & depths achieved are just the tip of the iceberg in these students progression & search for deeper depths 🤿 • • Highlights included @dannybolton taking his first ever Freedive course & in only 3 days time surpassing 40m/132ft, @oscartahoe clocking two new PB’s with a FIM dive to 43m/142ft & 51m/167ft in VWT, @grahamgamache smashing his depth record with a dive to 60m/197ft, @lukus_kincaid joining the “200 Club” 😎 with a dive to 61m/200ft & @0bakhan with a 66m/217ft VWT PB 🐳 • • Are you looking to take your freediving & underwater potential 🧜 to new depths???
