How long have Tartaglia and Brighella, the Tsaritsa’s Innamorati, played this little game, did this little song and dance?

It was no secret to the Harbingers, nor even the rest of the Fatui, that ever since that one mission back then where they followed Kaeya’s lead, the two of them grew less hostile with each other and more…intimate. Perhaps not to the extent that intimacy usually leads to, but there were little touches, little glances, little kisses, little words exchanged between them as they drew closer to one another. It was a sharp contrast to how they were at first.

The two of them could not STAND each other at the start. They always argued, always fought, always bit each other like petulant brats. It was a cruel joke for them to be partnered up together ever since Kaeya joined their ranks, and he really wanted nothing more than to slit the ginger’s throat.

Now, however… Now, he was trying to hold himself back. Not from hurting Ajax, oh no. Now, he was holding himself back from grabbing them and yanking them to bed with him as he held their face between his palms and kissed them breathlessly.

Those hands upon his hips were driving him absolutely mad, and he was ready to snap from the heat of them gripping him so tightly. This was dangerous, so, so dangerous, as he knew that if they were to get caught, they wouldn’t hear the end of it. There’s no rule in the Fatui that told them they couldn’t fraternize with each other, but that wasn’t going to stop the other harbingers from teasing them until they both perished from embarrassment alone.

Still, Kaeya’s only a man, and he could only take so much before his self-control finally waned. With a loud moan full of frustration and burning desire, he pulled away and locked eyes with Ajax, his gaze fierce as his lips curled into a snarl. “Ajax. If I don’t get you in my bed right now, I think I might raze this entire palace to the ground. Either we fuck, or I’m taking everyone down with me,” he hissed, grabbing the taller man by the shoulders and snatching him into his room, slamming the door shut audibly behind them with an obvious ‘click’ from the lock.
