I love this idea that they both have very different approaches to wooing people. I think England might be surprisingly direct, but almost too direct for some people's taste when he's really laying on the sleaze thick. British slang about intimacy is quite cheeky ('how about a bit of how's your father') and I think he would lean into that to get Port when he's least expecting it.

France on the other hand might be the type to broach intimacy slowly and intentionally over the course of a day, little acts of service here and there and gentle brushes over Port's arm or across his spine. Definitely a romantic, and definitely the sort to playfully try and get Port all to himself to get a rise out of England.

I really love the idea of England being unaware of his best friend having sex with his enemy to be honest. England would find out and die right in the spot.

I also think that spain for some reason would be all for it. His neighbours getting it on and coming to Spain for vacations not only improves the tourism but also is fun. His best friend and his older brother, you know how it is with brothers, you hate them but want them to have the best so he'd approve.
