I don’t post a lot of DbD content here BUT

im not crazy for thinking that this skin is referring to Susie self harming am I.

For starters, shes breaking in at night and I dont know many schools that have nightime security, especially in smaller cities and i highly doubt Susie would borderline kill a guy just to break into an art studio.

Shes breaking in to 'express herself without restraint or judgement'. Highschools a very judgmental place, especially for someone not basic looking/attractive to most (braces, dyed hair freckles, shy) and we know from other skins that Susies been bullied (sleepover, cheerleader).

Comic wise Susie mentions holding herself back becuase shes scared she won't be able to stop her, aka restraint.

And the description on the knife, it bring described as 'puncturing and slicing' on what I assume is probably her arm. As if she where to do that to the hypothetically body she dragged in, it wouldn't make sense, and for the blood to be 'spraying' onto the canvas it means the injury site is relatively close and happened quick and fast, which would make sense if she was close. If she was holding the hypothetically dead guy she wouldn't be able to hold him close enough to the canvas AND stab him.
