both frank and leo would ragebait each other for fun so much and it would absolutely work. frank would pretend that he didn't understand basic math and leo would literally shake in rage. leo would ask "wait who is [notable historical figure] again?" after frank has spent 30 minutes yapping about them. when they do it to each other they think it's the funniest shit alive. when they have it done to them by the other they are on the verge of commiting homicide.
