The cockiness this one represented would be mistaken as a sign of deviancy, when in reality, it simply was the best response an older model could give a newer one that theatened to replace him with a wink of an eye. However Evangeline was not interested in taking Connors place alongside a drinking Lieutenant which was incapable of doing his job right. 

Furthermore, the female seemed to enjoy watching Connor struggle every now and then with his human partner. On the other hand, was Gavin- even though he seemed not pleased about the females presence, was he a very obedient lapdog.

“My dear, there is nothing you could offer that I lack. Let me remind you that I am superior, you are the very prototype no one wished to work with until the Lieutenant appeared.

So your analysis is faulty. I simply cannot stand you.” Evangeline chuckles under her breath, wrapping one long leg over the other, showing just enough sarcasm as need be.

“Is it now? You’ve just confirmed my previous statement. Much like Gavin, he can't stand me either, my presence annoys him as much as it does you. I also stated I was the inferior model but that did not seem to satisfy you and caused you to make sure I knew you were superior. I don’t think we differ as much as you like to believe we do.” He stated, a little amused. She could threaten all she wanted but in the end, Cyberlife wouldn’t be pleased if either of them caused the other damage for any reason. They where autonomous, this short of banter could be expected of them seeing as they were made to seem as human as possible. 

GR looked curiously at Evangeline. Although he is a deviant and his personality approaches a human. He was not offended or irritated by the comment. But of course, it was inevitable that this didn’t arouse his curiosity as to why she had mentioned it.

He knew not where to go at this point. The office, the park, his own home — the very places he once found solace in now seemed to be places plagued with danger. He was unsure if that bastard had any knowledge of those places for it was unknown to him the events that took place while he was in a forced 'sleep.' For all Eli knew, he probed his memory, extracted information regarding Eli's personal life. It left the android quite paranoid, quite troubled. Hands grasp the lapels of the Navy blue coat he traded his beloved white blazer for, tugging the material close to his form. And he glances over his shoulders, searching for any possible prying eyes before he ascended the stairs leading to a search female RK's doorstep.

It's a matter of minutes before he finds himself at her front door, fist rapping furmly against the wooden material. He knew why or even when he had decided to visit her...

“…Too much… that’s so… too much…” It was the only words he could say. GR100 has always believed he was a model created for a purpose. To serve and protect. Lies. It was only meant to be a memorial of a dead man. A man who his creator has always loved. He always loved Gavin Reed. Not him. And when he got sick of his new toy, Elijah just threw him to serve the humans. That same day he became deviant.

“Too much…” Gav chose to pretend to be a machine just to protect any kind of life. He chose to be someone different from the human he was based on. He’d be better. He would be helpful. And when he least noticed, he gained respect from his team. Received loyalty and trust from his SWAT teammates. He gained a new family.

“…heh phck… TOO MUCH!” Then when he least expected. He found her. A goddess came in his way. She touched him, kissed him, and together they discovered love. They both learned this feeling so pure and simple. Gavin felt so complete…so alive. 

The android bit his lip hard, the long fangs pierced his skin. The blue blood trickling down his mouth. He drew a weapon.

“THAT’S TOO MUCH!” he screamed. Unreasonable, agonizing, suffered. He raised the gun and gave many shots all over the apartment. The android was exhausted. He never asked to be created. To exist. To serve. To suffer. This constant path he took and even when he thought he could have something. Somehow it was taken from him.

“I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS! I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS DAMN VIRUS TO ENTER MY BODY AND CONSUME ME LIKE A PARASITE! I NEVER ASKED TO BE CREATED! TO BE A COPY OF A FUCKING HUMAN! DO YOU REALLY THINK I WANTED IT ALL? I NEVER ASKED TO SERVE THAT MISERABLE HUMANITY THAT ONLY TAKES BUT NEVER RETURN!”

He can not stand it anymore and just falls to the ground. Tears of pure thirium falling from his eyes. “All I wanted was to be alive…to be loved… have someone which would look into my eyes and see something more… not a copy, not a machine, or a soldier… just a living being… and you were the only one who did this.”

His artificial skin has now completely removed. His real self was right there in front of Evangeline. Crude just like the day he was created. But at the same time so broken and alone.

“Phuck!” Gavin just ran to Evangeline's side and knelt beside her. Not knowing exactly what to do. But he had to stay calm, in this kind of situation, panic would be the worst of decisions.

“Oh c'mon, it will be no problem! I only have one cat these days. And Spock loves to interact. He's kind of crazy sometimes but he's super sweet.” Gavin was not bothered by Eve's approach, nor by intimate contact. He was like brother and sister now. He only allowed this kind of interaction with very close people. Evangeline was part of this circle now.

“Look... I don't want to see you alone here at this station and we are friends, right? Come to live with me, It'll be fun! It's been a while since I've lived with someone. I miss company. Imagine how fun it will be to irritate me every day huh?” He allowed himself to put his arms around her waist and gave the android a gentle smile.
