Immortal Zanka Au (How idk) where he has no idea he has immortality and no one else has clocked on that Zanka can’t die (He comes back so quick and usually just ends up unconscious and more stable, so everyone is like he’s hurt but not that bad, and they all believe it). Except, of course, Jabber, who has killed this asshole like 4 times now, and he can’t work out why Zanka keeps coming back, but he has to know why, because fuck a partner that he doesn’t have to hold back on, one who he can just beat again and again, who wouldn’t want that?
Bonus points if, at some point, Zanka gets pissed off that Jabber is holding back on him, assuming Jabber is pulling his punches or going easy because he should be dead and he’s not. So he’s so pissed, and it just makes Zanka want to work harder to show Jabber how to actually take someone seriously and to make him pay for babying him, while Jabber is just having the best time of his life. He probably wants to nuke him or something.
