My design for a flag of the town of Foza, Veneto, Italy
from /r/vexillology Top comment: (reupload because of the title being wrong) For context, Foza is a small town in the north east of the Vicenza province of Veneto, it is a place where my Italian heritage comes from and I thought it would be nice for my heritage town to have its own flag. ​ The green triangle represents the mountains that the town rests on and is surrounded by, green itself represents the greenery of the area. ​ Red and white represent the Vicenza province in which again Veneto is located in. ​ The sheep in the triangle is the Pecora di Foza, a species of sheep native to the region. ​ The Catholic cross represents the Catholic Church in the city. ​ The coat of arms of Foza are used as inspiration [here](https://www.montagnavicentina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Comune-di-Foza.jpg) ​ Fact: The Pecora di Foza was once a dying breed before the locals made them reproduce and they are now happily thriving.
