Album of the Day: Reach Out by Four Tops
The biggest-selling album by one of the great soul groups of all time, Reach Out was released by Motown in July 1967. It includes six of the Four Tops' most successful singles. Smokey Robinson and Stevie Wonder are also credited on the album, and several of the songs are contemporary pop covers selected for the group by Berry Gordy, including "If I Were a Carpenter," "Walk Away Renee," "Last Train to Clarksville," and "I'm a Believer."
