it has three sections with 160g paper, one that alternates between tracing paper and 120g dotted paper and then one that alternates between 120g dotted and graph paper, i printed the graph and dotted paper myself because the paper i had was waaay too thin and got ripped immediately by the thread when i tried to bind it. for the covers i wove coloured paper i had lying around and some of my favorite tea boxes and glued that onto thick cardboard, which was actually just the backing to a spiral-bound paper block that i carefully cut in half. then i glued the covers to the first and last page. i had meant to glue some fabric around the spine before glueing on the covers but forgot to bring that while i was finishing and decided to just leave it out, maybe next time! only thing i would consider adding still is an elastic band to also protect it from breaking as the covers are a bit heavy and my last sketchbook the binding snapped in one place and i had to use a bunch of tape to keep it from falling apart further.
