A pivotal moment in changing your beliefs can lead to some big things. 🤲💪🌱 My story of how you should never believe that you are only one person and cannot make a difference. The strength of one voice CAN be heard. The actions of ONE person DO make a difference. 🤲💪🌱 These pictures show the result of approximately eight hours of work; spread over multiple days, by 4 people. This project started out with me by myself, half an hour here, half an hour there; strolling with my green bags and picking up bits of rubbish. I filled up my council approved bin that week too. Now; this project involves 4 people; 2 household trolleys and enormous boxes to hold the sheer volume of rubbish and recyclables we pick up. Without the small start of just me on my own; this massive project would not have come to pass... 🤲💪🌱 Now ask yourself this: CAN you make a difference after all? 🌍🌎🌏 The earth is depending on us all, as individuals, to start standing up and making the differences we can make. If you can't handle the truth stop participating... There are images that somehow seem to tear through seemingly thick membrane of what i consider to have seen enough to not be disturbed or bothered by although it never gets any easier. This is one of those particular images. Living beings enslaved for a meager profit die on the way to the slaughterhouse and some when they get there. There is simply no way to do injustice correctly. Not fed for sometimes upwards of 30+ hours. Highway speeds falling onto one another. No coverage from winds. Well Below Freezing temperatures. Electro shock or rope to force off the trucks. Mercilessly shoved into hallways where they can smell the Blood and Death of those who know their pain as they have lived directly in Hades with one another and then? Somehow the worst is to come. Their short time on earth is finally silenced as they are given pain too much to bare and succumb to their oppressors. They fight for their lives asking why are you doing this to me? What did i do wrong? In their own Language they beg for you to stop the pain you are inflicting but it is unheard and too much. They will die piece by piece and in the morning be packaged with a sticker of Lies and Deceit for a Taste soon forgotten. If you find you're ever defending this practice i need you to ask yourself, what point is too much and if you could stop it single handedly would you. Why? Because you can. Stop funding this unnecessary death for profits. Need facts? We have them. Need help? We are more than willing. Y O U do not have to do what others deem normal.
