My current writing projects are 'Love, Wisconsin Style', a rewrite project, and 'Flowers in Her Hair' an AU in which Jackie is actually pregnant in 1x17 'The Pill' and all that follows with that. Both of these are long fics that still have a ways to go towards being completed.

I'm also working on an Eric/Donna one-shot for my Noir AU that's almost finished it's initial draft.

After I complete my two current long fic projects, I have the following plans for long fics (assuming my inspiration for these ideas remains intact):

A longer mystery/romance set in my Noir AU incorporating both H/J and E/D

A superpowers AU

What I'm calling "The FUN in Funeral" AU, which is an AU that involves Hyde and Jackie meeting while they're coping with the loss of their mothers and exploring grief and all other fun stuff

The gang playing a game of D&D -- so it'll kind of be a fantasy AU, but it'll flip back and forth between the "game" and them at the table playing.

Less developed idea, but some sort of 'Scooby Doo AU' where the gang investigates spooky mysteries in the Mystery Cruiser (as opposed to Mystery Van).

Which order I write/post these in will depend on how I feel once I finish 'Love, Wisconsin Style' or 'Flowers in Her Hair'. I have some other ideas I'm noodling on, but these are the main ideas that interest me.
