To some people I’m a nobody,

A non recognizable face,

To some people, I’m somebody.

A person who changed the path they were on,

A friend, a sister. A daughter.

I’m known and loved,

I am a homework helper,

I listen to to much music,

And I am very not good at French.

All these things that make me who I am,

There known by the people who choose to call me a somebody.

To some people, I’m anybody.

I am a stranger on the street,

Only as deep as my skin and clothes entail.

Im just who they see in the moment.

A teenage dirtbag when I am walking with my cousins,

A academic nerd when I am reading and walking. 

A social media obsessed teen when I walk into a subway pole, 

to focused on the glowing screen in my hand.

I am the insignificant nobody, somebody, and anybody
