#forever rain

Not the kind of summer you look forward to. It's the cruel, unforgiving kind of summer, one that suffocates you with heat and humidity.

He did not like the rain at first.

Because he never experienced the refreshment of rain shower on his skin after going through a long streak of hot, humid days.

To him, rain was equally suffocating...

Until someone taught him to play in the rain.

He ended up letting himself go and falling in love with the rain....

....But she did not prepare him for what comes after the rain.

The return of the same suffocating days after showering in the rain was even crueler, than never knowing the beauty of rain at all.

She was his midsummer rain.

His brother was his midsummer rain.

Art was his midsummer rain.

He was not allowed to have any of them.

He was exhausted.

So next time the rain came, he could not bear to go back to the days that would follow afterwards. Not after learning to embrace the beauty of rain.

So he decided to become one with the rain.

Leaving his loved ones in the suffocating, unforgiving summer.

Because he, too, was their rain.
