Trader Joe's hyacinth. One of these years I'm going to remember to buy a bulb in the fall and stratify it so I can force it in the spring, but this is not that year.
On further thought, they probably don't sell single bulbs, which means I need to pick up bulb glasses whenever I see them for cheap at thrift stores between now and fall (when spring blooming bulbs are available), buy a smallish bag of bulbs, put them in the fridge for 2-3 months, and then in the ugliest part of winter I can distribute the bulbs + vases to family and friends. A plan!
