Every Friday for my follower celebration, I’m going to feature one of my followers. Today I’d like to celebrate @almastudiess and her story. Below you can read her story in her words.

I graduated high school in 2011, and at the very beginning of 2012 I was already moved into my dorm and ready to begin my english translation studies. I became very depressed and had to move back into my mom's house in 2013. But I didn't want to let what had happened to me stop me from pursuing my dream, so I tried to go on with my studies for another two years (2014-2015). After failing again, I moved in with my grandparents and signed up for graphic design. I realized it wasn't my thing after two years and decided to just get a job, but before I could, my family convinced me to start studying to be an English teacher. And here I am, on my first year, as happy as can be, taking it one day at a time and enjoying being with my family, my friends and my dogs.

I'm not the kind of person to set on only one goal, I like to set multiple goals and take it one day at a time and one of them will come true. I've learned that life changes and dreams change as you grow so I keep my options open and just focus on being happy every single day and things will fall into place.

If you know how to read research reports (sinceit’s mostly complex jargon, more often than not), Google Scholar is a goodplace to get some facts and figures. Make sure the articles are from within thepast 10 years, or you may find stuff that’s severely outdated.

Anyway…

The short answer: yes! Apparently!

Other relevant things to look up include sleepparalysis, astral projection, near-death experiences (NDEs), and lucid dreaming.
