Got "Sonic Wackey Worlds" for my Genesis. It's kinda like Mario Paint/Kid Pix. Apparently, there's a mouse controller you're supposed to use, but a normal one works just fine. The music's bangin. Love how there's a whole Halloween level, and it's the only holiday based one.
ESPECIALLY love how you can go into the music "station" and mix up instruments and mute things out.
