So, in the FU, there is a franchise of video games about killer animatronics. We know this due to OW Fnaf Vr. These line of games in the FU are also probably the reason why security breach exists, bringing the Fazbear brand back into public consciousness. And not in a bad way. However I don’t want them to be ‘Five nights at Freddy’s’ because as stated before, it feels weird to have exact copies of the games in the same universe as those games. So in my au, the FU ‘animatronic scary game’, is slightly different than OW ‘animatronic scary game’. Apart from one exception (that I will leave as a cliffhanger for now, ooo suspense.)

In OW, Fnaf or Five Nights at Freddy’s is obviously a game series created by Scott Cawthon. These Fnaf games are parodies of Chuckie Cheese. It mainly only exists and references Chuckies though because the animatronics are kinda creepy, and that’s it.

However, in the FU, this obviously isn’t the case as DOZENS OF CHILDREN HAVE GONE MISSING at these establishments. So in my mind, the FU parody game characters would look a lot closer to the actual animatronics, than OW’s parody games to the restaurants they’re parodying. 

OW Chuckie Cheese is a mouse. Freddy Fazbear is a bear (wow, I would’ve never guessed). FU Freddy is a bear. FU games mascot is probably also a bear.  That type of thing. I imagine that only the names and maybe some colours are swapped. Maybe some species are swapped if the models remaining the same makes sense for those species.

The FU fnaf games here would be called ‘Six Nights At Chuckies’. This is because in OW, the real animatronic is Chuckie, while the video game character is Freddy. So if in the FU, the real animatronic is Freddy, so the video game character would be Chuckie. I swapped them. I mainly did this as an Easter egg because I thought it would be funny. The reason for the ‘Six Nights’ is because in the game, it IS technically six nights (because of the extra night). It also still fits into the week long time frame. And also because then there acronym can be ‘Snac’ and I thought that was really funny.

Past this point I’ll call the FU Fnaf games, the Snac games (unless I forget)

I said before that the Snac animatronics are much more closely linked to the Freddy Fazbear animatronics, because of the actually horrific things that happened there instead of OW reason that the Fnaf games exist (oh animatronics are kinda creepy actually).  It’s also because I think in canon it’s implied…? That Fazbear entertainment asked the game developer to create these games for some reason. Or maybe I’m hallucinating that, idk.

So, here are the Snac animatronics, and why I changed their names to what they are!

Freddy Fazbear —> Chuckie Chadbear Alliteration. I mentioned why his name is Chuckie. First and last names kinda rhyme, so then so should the last names. It could’ve been ‘Chazbear’ but I thought ‘Chadbear’ was WAY more funny.

Bonnie the Bunny —> Rabby the Rabbit (Also, just as I was writing this I thought maybe Hairy the Hare?) Alliteration. First name ends with -y sound. Probably easy for kids to remember.

Chica the Chicken —> Daisy the Duck Alliteration. People in OW mistook Chica as a duck, so the FU creator did the same I guess. 

Foxy the Pirate —> Wolfy the sailor Species + y end. Sailors just are lawful pirates if you really look at it. (Also something I thought would be REALLY fun. In OW Fnaf 1, foxy was the most popular character (from my memory) it would be cool if the same thing applied to wolfy in the FU. Maybe the character was so popular it inspired Fazbear entertainment to add a wolf animatronic to their next lineup. Like… Roxxane wolf? They obviously aren’t the same character, but it could be cool inspiration. And why she is indeed a wolf now. Just a small thing to think about)

Now, what’s the exception? What’s the exception to there being no Fnaf games in the FU?  Well, Fnaf VR of course!

It’s kinda hard to explain, but my best attempt is this: An ‘Independent’ creator created the Snac games, and then Fazbear entertainment ‘couldn’t let the attack on their brand stand’ and created Fnaf Vr to “poke fun at themselves” (direct quote). So this would be the first ever Fnaf game in the FU.

The best analogy I could come up with for is if  In OW, the fnaf games out. Then CHUCKIE CHEESE comes out with a Vr game because Fnaf got too popular and was revealing all the child murders that happened there.
