Cliffside cable car anyone? This is how you get from The Waterfront to The Summit at Ocean Park on Hong Kong island. It's a spectacular view but a bit hairy when it's windy and it stops (to help passengers with strollers and wheelchairs get on and off). . There are a handful of major roller coasters, lots of rides for toddlers and other sea themed fun here. We can find the comforts of home in an airport lounge.✈️ . It's fantastic and tough at the same time to be gone for three weeks. During the last few days in Europe we subconsciously started to gravitate toward things that remind us of Hong Kong (like dim sum at the Mandarin Oriental), our former home, because it's still a very, very close second to our real home. . Though we flew another #oneworld carrier home, we chose to spend our time in the Cathay Pacific lounge where we could have the familiar dan dan noodles and won ton soup from their noodle bar and sit in their funky circular Solus chairs. It is funny to me how happy the CX noodle bar makes my daughter. . Which reminds me it's about 7 months until we're back in HK again.
