I've read a lot about narcissists but it's a different feeling when you actually get to experience them first hand.
The most recent example is my ex manager. She kept moaning about us being short staffed. At the same time though she was always on the lookout for mistakes. In other words, she was moaning about not being supported and when support was there she was never happy with it. Let's not forget that I was her solution and yet I got fired because she was simply never happy. Moaning and negativity fed her so there was no way that I would have been able to meet her expectations.
She also played the victim card extremely well. This is why 1) she had everyone by her side (typical flying monkeys) and, consequently, both the Head teacher and HR choose to dismiss all the evidence that I provided and even witnesses got silenced, and 2) no-one has replaced me yet as I am sure she wants the Head and HR to pity her. They will find someone only when she will feel ready to bully someone again and be fed by it. She also kept talking about how abused she was by her ex. Again, victim card played very effectively.
I am so glad that I got out of there. By firing me she thinks she won. Well, not really. I won. I was her prisoner and she set me free. On the contrary, she is still a prisoner of demons and darkness because she embraces them and clings on them. The worst thing that may happen to me is becoming bankrupt because of unemployment. She on the contrary will get poisoned by her own self and eventually spiritually die if she doesn't repent.
