β’ The first time you gave him a gift, he was a bit suspicious. He was especially suspicious if you happened to be a soc. He hadnβt been sure if youβd had some sort of angle
β’ This boy loves anything you give him, His parents never bothered with gifts even the few times they could afford it, and gifts often came small and few on the greaser side of town
β’ Get him things like the fancier cigarettes, hair grease, a good lighter. Thrift a warmer jacket for him
β’ You once got him a lighter with his and your initials carved into it. Itβs always in his pocket, the only one he ever uses

β’ He normally donβt like the initiate affection, so you probably wonβt get a kiss, but heβll hold your hand or hook your pinkies together. Being two queer boys in the 60βs, it wouldnβt be safe to initiate anything out in public anyway. Heβll shift closer to you on the couch if youβre in the Curtis house

β’ Patch up some of his clothes. Cloths get pretty torn up in a bad fight with a soc, and that sort of labor can be a great gift
